Syndicate 1225’s ELR has details of policies where it is the only insurer or the leading insurer but, as permitted by applicable regulation, does not have details of policies where it is not the leading insurer. If a policy has two or more subscribing insurers, the leading insurer is the insurer that is responsible for setting the policy’s terms and for handling any claims that may arise under it.
