Kerry joined AEGIS London in 2012 having gained extensive experience in the Marine and Casualty markets across a variety of territories, including US, Canada, South America and Australia. At AEGIS London Kerry's focus remains on the liability markets encompassing Marine, Cyber, Energy and E&O.

Carrie has more than 20 years claims experience in US and Canadian products, across all lines of business. Prior to joining AEGIS London, Carrie led a Canadian TPA operation for 10 years dedicated to the Lloyd’s & London markets. Carrie joined AEGIS London in 2018 and her current role is focused on enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Shaban joined AEGIS London in 2020 and was quickly promoted to Claims Adjuster, handling PI/ E&O claims. Prior to joining AEGIS London, Shaban had specialised in insurance at property management company, Rendall & Rittner, as well as working as a claims negotiator at Markel. Shaban has a degree in Law.

Ethan Arrowsmith joined AEGIS London as Apprentice Claims Assistant in October 2023. Ethan previously worked as a life guard as well as completing a BTEC in Business. Ethan has also previously carried out work experience at Clegg Gifford & Co. At AEGIS London, Ethan works in Claims Operations and is currently studying towards his CII qualifications.

Melana Betteridge joined AEGIS London in December 2023 as Claims Adjuster reporting into Carl Page. Melana has more than twelve years' experience in claims handling, with experience across marine, energy and aviation. Her previous roles include stints at Generali, Premia Managing Agency, Chubb (formerly ACE Group) and W K Webster & Co Ltd.

Stephanie joined AEGIS London in 2019 as Claims Operations Technician, from Xchanging where she’d worked since 2015 in a range of insurance roles. Stephanie has since been promoted to a Delegated Claims Authority based operational role.

Matt started in the Lloyd's market in 2014 entering via the Lloyd's Claims Graduate Scheme before taking up positions at Lloyd's Managing Agencies prior to joining AEGIS London in 2021. Matt handles various classes of business within the team with his main focus being on Property and Accident and Health classes. Matt is a member of the Young Professionals Delegated Authorities Claims Group at the Lloyd's Market Association (LMA).

Louise has 25 years' insurance experience at firms including HDI, QBE, NFU Mutual and ACE, handling a variety of claims, including clinical trials, general and product liability. She joined AEGIS London from Liberty where she was handling International and US claims. Louise is ACII qualified and has a law degree.

Zoe joined AEGIS London in 2016 as a Claims Adjuster. Zoe started her insurance career in 2013 at Xchanging and went on to join a Lloyd's Syndicate prior to joining AEGIS London. Zoe is now a Senior Claims Adjuster for Errors & Omissions and International Casualty classes for territories worldwide.

Luke Hubbard joined AEGIS London in January 2023 in the role of Claims Adjuster. Luke previously worked at CFC Underwriting as an Assistant Claims Adjuster in the Financial Lines team for a two and a half years. Prior to this, he worked as a Barristers Clerk at some of the UK’s leading civil and commercial sets of Chambers. Luke is working in the E&O Team at AEGIS London.

Jenny joined AEGIS London in 2018 with eight years experience in handling Marine & Energy claims, specialising in US Casualty. At AEGIS London Jenny handles all Casualty and Marine classes.

Laura Martin joined AEGIS London in January 2025. Laura has worked in insurance for 20 years, around 9 of those years within the London Market, including experience as a claims broker. Laura joins us from Canopius where she worked as a Property/Casualty Adjuster. At AEGIS London, Laura is focused on US Casualty claims.

Jenna has more than 14 years’ experience as a Claims Adjuster, having joined AEGIS London in 2008. She currently specialises in non-marine property claims. Prior to joining AEGIS London, Jenna worked in a variety of insurance roles at AIG and Travelers. Jenna is Cert CII.

Jessica joined AEGIS London in December 2019 as Claims Operations Technician and has since been promoted into a specifically operations focused role. Jessica's insurance career began at Xchanging in July 2016.

Carl Page joined AEGIS London in March 2023 as Technical Claims Specialist, focussing on Marine Claims. Carl has a wealth of experience, having worked in claims handling for over 35 years. His experience includes Chilean Earthquakes, Bangkok riots and the Deepwater Horizon incident in Mexico and more recently, losses arising from Costa Concordia, Rena, Ever Given and the explosion in Tianjin. Prior to joining us, Carl worked for QBE as Senior Claims Adjuster. With well over a decades' experience in Lloyd's, Carl has worked for both Liberty and Travelers Syndicates. His Marine experience has been gained at CSL, Crawfords, International Transport & Maritime Underwriters and Allianz.

Sharon joined the claims team at AEGIS London in May 2021 and currently handles Non-Marine Property and Accident & Health claims. Prior to joining AEGIS London, Sharon had specialised for a number of years in North American Binder claims at TMK.

Archie Southgate joined AEGIS London in July 2023 from Riverstone International where he’d worked in claims since October 2021. Prior to that he graduated from the University of Reading with a 2:1 in History, BA Hons. Archie works on US Casualty claims at AEGIS London.
