Your FIRST Canada payment plans are fully integrated in Applied PolicyWorks.  Payment options can be automatically added to each proposal.

You can now customize your FIRST Canada payment options for your commercial insurance clients directly from Applied PolicyWorks.

1. Have your system administrator or IT department upgrade Applied PolicyWorks to version 2016.2 or higher.  To check which version you have, start Applied PolicyWorks.  On the Help menu, choolse About Applied PolicyWorks.  If you are using an older version, upgrade at any time for free bycontacting an Applied PolicyWorks representative.

2. Once the upgrade is complete, your Applied PolicyWorks site administrator must:

• Enable FIRST Canada to automatically download premium finance quotes and set the number of days allowed before the first payment is due.
• Enter your FIRST Canada Broker ID number(s). This is a mandatory task.  If you do not know your Broker ID number or need to obtain one, contact FIRST Canada for more information.  Call +1.888.232.2238.

Applied PolicyWorks version 2016.2 or higher supports FIRST Canada integration.
