AEGIS London has been active in Canada since 2001, building a strong network of coverholder relationships. In 2011, AEGIS established a Canadian team to support and develop our commercial business from both an underwriting and claims perspective. Through our coverholder and claims conferences, we continue to foster these relationships, built on our dedication to service and innovation. This is exemplified by our Claims Commitment, the awarding of the Gracechurch marque for consistently delivering outstanding claims service, and our integrated Point of Sale process, which is described below. This will be enhanced further by the introduction of Opal, our online quote and bind platform.
