Richard began his career in the Lloyd's market in 1986 with Janson Green. There, in addition to acquiring experience of all areas of the Syndicate's Marine and Energy accounts, he qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). Richard joined AEGIS London in 2000 and after several years as Head of Marine & Energy and Head of Casualty he is now Head of Portfolio Solutions. He is currently Chair of the LMA Marine Committee.
