Henry started his career at Marsh, joining their graduate scheme in 2012 in the Fine Art and Specie division of FINPRO. He then moved to JLT in 2015 to work in a business development and strategy role for the JLT International Network, primarily managing the relationships with their overseas offices and joint ventures. Following this role, he was set to re-join the Fine Art and Specie market within JLT until approached by AEGIS London in 2017. He has a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of York and ACII qualified.
