London, UK — AEGIS London has chosen ReachOut as a charity partner for the next three years.
ReachOut helps young people from economically disadvantaged communities achieve their full potential through mentoring programmes.
The organisations will be working together to develop a bespoke and mutually beneficial partnership, which will include fundraising activities and events, as well as various volunteering opportunities for AEGIS London employees.
Bejal Shah, ReachOut CEO, commented: “Thank you to AEGIS London for choosing us as your charity partner for the next 3 years! We are so excited to be working with a company that places such importance on inclusion and supporting individuals to grow and succeed. This long term partnership will allow us together to have a huge impact on more young people who will benefit from the support of mentors, and we’re certain that all employees that get involved will get just as much out of the experience too!”
Nigel Roberts, Chair of the Charity Committee and member of the executive team at AEGIS London, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with ReachOut – a truly inspiring and exciting charity. The work of ReachOut fits in with one of our key inclusion principles at AEGIS London in supporting social mobility. We see the mutual value, every day, which comes from investing in the potential of our employees and helping them to achieve the best they can, and we are keen to extend this to the wider community. We can help ReachOut with fundraising, but further to that by giving our people the opportunity to get involved mentoring others.”
AEGIS London is also an official corporate charity partner of Cure Parkinson’s and The Trussell Trust.
