Gemma has more than 15 years of experience in non-marine property insurance. She began her insurance career at Janson Green Syndicate before joining AEGIS London in 2000. Since then, Gemma has led the property team's Canadian account, with an emphasis on mid-market business, and she was promoted to Class Underwriter in 2012. Gemma is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).
