Toby joined AEGIS London in 2009. He was promoted to Class Underwriter in 2012, to Deputy Head of Property in 2015, and to the Head of Property in 2017. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, starting his insurance career at Hardy Syndicate 382 before joining Novae Syndicate in 2007 to write direct and fac property. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and was previously elected to the LMA Property Panel, last serving as Chair in 2022.
