Nifloson Sala joined AEGIS London in February 2026 as Distribution Specialist working closely with Tom Squires. Nifloson joined the London Market in 2022, his first role in the industry being Business Analyst at Markel within the Distribution team. In 2024, he joined Miller as an Insurer Relationship Executive, a role that involved the management and development of strategic (re)insurer relationships, as well as identifying prospective partners. At AEGIS London, Nifloson supports distribution by driving broker engagement, and identifying opportunities aligned with underwriting appetite.
