Kyle joined AEGIS in July 2021 having spent four years at Aon, initially starting on their graduate scheme before spending two years specialising as a Terrorism and Political Violence broker with a focus on US distribution and Active Assailant products. Kyle has a First Class MA in Economics and Politics from the University of Glasgow and qualified as an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) in 2020.
