Tessa started her insurance career in June 2020, joining the AEGIS London Political and Financial Risk team as an Underwriting Assistant. Since then she was promoted to Assistant Underwriter in October 2022 and Underwriter in April 2024. Prior to this, she graduated from Newcastle University with a BA in Politics and spent 2 years working at the political monitoring company, Dods Group, reporting on UK Parliament and policy for clients and respective stakeholders. Since joining AEGIS London, Tessa has gained experience underwriting across all three risk codes, with a focus on CF & PR. Tessa holds the Cert CII qualification.
