Lee joined AEGIS London in April 2022 as a Class Underwriter in the US Casualty team, writing US Casualty, Energy and Marine business. Lee started his career in 2001 at Royal Sun Alliance as a Trainee Underwriter, writing UK Casualty and Property. He later joined Liberty International UK Casualty team as Underwriter, writing a variety of business sectors. Lee transferred to the Excess Casualty team to write US and International Casualty, including Utilities, Chemical Manufactures, OEMs, Transportation and Construction. In 2012 Lee help set up a new team at Liberty to write Primary and Umbrella US Casualty for Energy, Marine and Construction business. In 2019 Lee joined Apollo Syndicate as Senior Underwriter to write US Casualty for Fortune 1000 business.
