London, 2nd March 2026 – AEGIS London, a top quartile Lloyd’s syndicate, is pleased to announce the promotions of Jenny Macartney and Zoe Hill to Claims Manager, recognising their significant contributions to the business and their longstanding commitment to delivering exceptional claims service.
Jenny, who joined AEGIS London in 2018, will continue to lead the Casualty claims team, while Zoe, who joined in 2016, will lead the E&O and Cyber claims team. Both have built strong reputations within the market and exemplify AEGIS London’s culture of professional excellence and dedication to clients and brokers.
Neale Etheridge has been appointed Claims Manager for Marine & Energy, further strengthening AEGIS London’s claims capability. He joins from Fidelis and succeeds Dean Allen, who served as Interim Claims Manager during the recruitment process.
AEGIS London’s claims team has received the Outstanding Claims Service Quality Marque from Gracechurch Consulting for the tenth year in a row, an honour it has earned every year since the award was introduced in 2017. This achievement highlights the team's ongoing commitment to reliable, high-quality service and establishes them as one of the most dependable teams in the London Market.
