Neville joined AEGIS London in 2009 from Aon Limited where he was an integral member of the Power Team for ten years. During his time at Aon, he managed a range of US and international key account placements, including broking these operational and construction placements to the London and international markets. Before his time with Aon, Neville was employed by AIG Europe (UK) Ltd for over five years where he began his career in the Insurance industry as part of the Energy division, focusing predominantly on the oil and gas and downstream petrochemical business sectors.
