Jonathan started his insurance career at Marsh in 2005 as a broker on the Marine team, where he gained valuable experience negotiating with numerous multinational clients. During this time, he achieved his ACII qualification with a distinction in Law. In 2008, he moved to become Deputy Hull Underwriter at Hiscox, writing predominantly Bluewater Hull, Marine War and Marine Construction business. He joined AEGIS London in 2018 to lead the Marine Hull and War team. He was promoted to Deputy Head of Marine and Energy in October 2023.
