Tom began his insurance career in 2012 as an Associate Adjuster at Xchanging Claims Services, handling reinsurance and aviation claims. He joined AEGIS London in 2014 as a claims adjuster before transferring to the Professional Indemnity Underwriting team in 2016. Tom holds an ACII accreditation from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
